These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TeeTalki website (“Site”) and your purchase of products from TeeTalki (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase products.
Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
TeeTalki provides apparel and accessories made through print-on-demand (POD) production partners.
By purchasing from TeeTalki, you acknowledge and agree that:
We do not hold inventory, and cancellations are not always possible once production begins.
- Products are custom-made only after an order is placed.
- Minor variations in color, design placement, or print detail may occur.
- Production and shipping times may vary depending on the fulfillment provider’s schedule, inventory, and location.
- Because each item is created on demand, order cancellations may not be possible after production begins.
- TeeTalki does not store or ship inventory.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases from the Site.
Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site.
- Copy, distribute, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without written permission.
- Upload or transmit harmful code or content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Site access for users who violate these Terms.
Conditions of Sale
By placing an order with TeeTalki, you confirm that:
- All information provided, including billing and shipping details, is accurate.
- You have authorization to use the payment method submitted.
- You understand and accept all policies referenced in these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or violations of these Terms.
Prices may change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until the completion of checkout.
Product Descriptions & Display
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, due to differences in devices, materials, and printing methods:
- Colors may vary from what appears on your screen.
- Product specifications may change without notice.
- We may correct errors or omissions and cancel orders affected by such inaccuracies.
Product Information & Pricing
The Site may contain typographical errors, omissions, or other inaccurate product information, including, but not limited to, product descriptions and information related to availability and pricing.
We make every effort to display products and descriptions accurately. However:
- Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
- We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing) and cancel orders affected by such errors.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that:
- You have legal authority to use the chosen payment method
- All billing information provided is accurate
We may cancel or limit orders that appear to be fraudulent, suspicious, or intended for resale.
Your Account
By creating or registering an account with us, you assert that you are 18 years of age or older and agree not to share, or otherwise make available, your account login and password. You also agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account login or password or any other breach of security.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates only.
Because POD items are fulfilled by third-party manufacturers:
- Delays may occur outside our control.
- Import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply depending on your location.
- Risk of loss passes to you once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of POD products:
All sales are generally final.
We offer replacements or refunds only if:
- The product is defective
- The product is misprinted
- The wrong item was received
- The item arrived damaged
To file a claim, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the packaging
- The order number
We may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor printing or color variations inherent to POD production
- Mistakes caused by incorrect customer input

Post-Purchase Review Requests
By placing an order with TeeTalki, you explicitly consent to receive one or more follow-up messages requesting a review of your order or your experience with our products and services. These review requests may be sent via email or other electronic communications, and are intended solely to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
These communications do not include promotional content and are limited to post-purchase engagement.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting us at support@teetalki.com.
Reviews and Feedback
We do not claim any ownership rights in any product or service reviews (“Reviews”) or feedback submitted by you through the Site. Nonetheless, you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, worldwide license to modify, delete from, add to, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works based upon, and otherwise use your Reviews, in whole or in part, for advertising or any other lawful purpose, in any media formats or channels now existing or hereafter created. You also agree that we may identify you as the author of your Reviews by name, screen name, or otherwise as we deem appropriate.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever in connection with or arising from your Reviews, including, but not limited to, disputes with third parties. You warrant that your Reviews will not be obscene, vulgar, abusive, threatening, or defamatory, will not infringe on the rights of any entity or individual, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, and/or privacy and publicity rights, and will not otherwise violate any local, state, federal, or international laws. We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any Reviews and reserve the right to prevent you from submitting Reviews to the Site at any time and without notice.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, text, graphics, and other content on the Site are the property of TeeTalki or its content creators, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use TeeTalki’s creative content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Copyright
You acknowledge the materials on the Site (including, but not limited to, text and product images) are protected by copyright and other proprietary rights, and you agree not to copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, download, distribute, or otherwise use or appropriate these materials in any way without our prior written consent. You also agree not to embed or frame any of the content on our Site without our prior written consent. You further agree not to scrape, decompile, reverse engineer, or use other technology to copy, in whole or in part, any materials from the Site, including but not limited to the Site source code, for republication or any other purpose. Any unauthorized uses of our materials will result in an immediate breach of these Terms, as well as other applicable laws. If you believe material on our Site infringes the copyrights of another person, please contact us.
Trademarks
You agree not to use the TeeTalki trademarks, service marks, product and service names, and other source-identifying indicia (“Marks”) without our prior written consent.
Unsolicited Idea Submissions
TeeTalki does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, creative artwork, designs, product concepts, or other materials (“Submissions”). Please do not send any Submissions to us through our Site, social media, email, or any other means.
If you choose to send us a Submission anyway, you agree that:
- Your Submission becomes the sole property of TeeTalki, without any compensation or obligation to you.
- TeeTalki may use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Submission for any purpose.
- TeeTalki is under no obligation to review, acknowledge, or return any materials.
This policy is intended to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes in the event that our products, services, or marketing strategies might appear similar to materials submitted by users.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We will not be held liable for any damage caused by the use of the Site. Users assume all risk when viewing or otherwise accessing the Site. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Site service available on an ongoing basis. You may experience poor performance or temporary unavailability from time to time based on the need for us to provide maintenance or for other reasons (whether or not beyond our control). We shall not be liable for any poor performance or unavailability of the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeeTalki and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Site
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the federal district court in Los Angeles, California, or if the district court does not possess subject matter jurisdiction, then to the jurisdiction of the state courts in Los Angeles, California.
Revisions to Terms
We may modify, update, or terminate these Terms at any time without notice.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
The current Terms, at any given time, supersede any and all previous Terms.
Entire Agreement
